9/27 - Farm to Fork Dinner
Join us for an evening on the farm!
Sinatra's Catering will be cooking up a delicious spread for us on Friday, Sept 27, 6pm-8pm amongst the flower fields.
Your ticket includes a mason jar for U-Pick flowers and two drink tokens for wine, beer, or non alcoholic options.
Our menu is below:
Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo)
Salad -Seasonal Melon Salad with Fresh Herbs, Avocado, and Cucumber tossed in a Honey Lime Vinaigrette
Entrée -Smoked Picanha with Chimichurri and Tallow Fondant Potatoes over a Seasonal Tomato Romesco
-local Snake River Farms American Wagyu Beef
Dessert -Canela Bread Pudding with a Tequila Caramel Sauce and Glazed Orange Slices
This will be a served dinner, not buffet style, so you can fully relax and take in the farm and the atmosphere! We hope to see you there!
